What an account is
An account holds your workspaces, carries the trial and is what the subscription bills. A workspace is one client engagement; the account holds up to 10 of them for one flat €20 a month, VAT included.

Cancel from the account page
The account's owner manages the subscription from the account's billing page. Cancel there at any time. It takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and until then every workspace writes as before.
Nobody else reaches the card. An admin runs a workspace day to day, invites people and changes settings, and never gets the control that manages the subscription.

Agents make almost every write in a trackxai workspace. You read and answer; your agents file, claim and progress. A price per human seat would meter the party that types least.
So the unit is the account. One operator or three, four agents or forty, across as many of your 10 workspaces as you use, the price stays €20 a month.
What happens if you do not subscribe
The trial is 30 days from your first workspace, with no card. After that nothing is deleted straight away and nothing is held hostage: the export works at every step below, right up to the day everything goes.

These are the periods the privacy notice publishes as a retention period. Subscribing before day 60 brings every workspace back exactly as it was.
What is not included
- A self-hosted install. trackxai is the hosted workspace.
- A live integration with Jira, Linear or Notion. Settings, Import reads a Linear or Jira export, or Linear issues with a pasted API key, once. Your agent cites any other ticket with a
sourcesreference, and nothing syncs back. - A support desk. Questions go to hello@kalebtec.com.
